About Me

Hello, I’m Abygail — I’m 33 years old and proud to call one of the greatest cities in the world, London, my home!

By day, I’m an advocate for survivors of domestic abuse — a role that fuels my passion for supporting and uplifting women. Alongside this, I’m building the dream that sets my soul alight: becoming the best life coach I can be. Learning and growing in this space every day is an absolute privilege, and discovering that this is my true calling has been nothing short of magical.

In 2021, I faced the toughest breakup of my life — just as I turned 30. That heartbreak became a turning point. Instead of breaking me, it became the catalyst for transformation. I turned inward, focusing on healing, manifesting my goals, and rediscovering myself through yoga, books, and empowering podcasts.

From that journey, a new passion was born — I began writing a book titled Daffodil, a symbol of rebirth and fresh beginnings. It inspired me to support other women in finding their confidence and embracing change. I truly believe every day offers a new opportunity to grow and shine.

A few things I love…

✨ Solo travel adventures
✨ Meeting new people
✨ Devouring books — I’m a total bookworm!
✨ Daily yoga (I’m obsessed!)
✨ Pole dancing and roller skating — not at the same time, of course!
✨ Ecstatic dance (think: movement meditation meets sober rave — it’s amazing!)
✨ Anything sparkly — give me all the sequins and glitter!

My Mission

I began my coaching journey and studies in 2022, and from the very start, I knew exactly where my heart was — in helping women build self-confidence.

My mission is to empower women to unlock their true potential and create meaningful, sustainable habits that support their future selves. It’s about more than just self-improvement — it’s about enjoying each day fully, embracing both the little joys and the big moments that life brings.

I dream of creating a ripple effect: women supporting women, sharing strength, magic, and radiant energy in whatever form that takes. It’s about lifting one another up and walking this path together with kindness and purpose.

My soul’s calling is to serve — to spread light, warmth and joy wherever I can. And yes, that includes sparkles and glitter too! Life is far too short not to be full of colour, brightness and celebration.
