About Me

My name is Abygail and I am 33 years old! I am a self-confidence and empowerment coach and I live in one of the best cities in the world, London!


I am currently an advocate for survivors of domestic abuse alongside building up my dream, purpose and destiny which is to be the best coach I can be to help women!
Learning about coaching every day is an absolute privilege and I have found this is my true calling which is the most magical feeling.

In 2021 I went through the hardest breakup the year of my 30th birthday and I used my heart break to concentrate on myself, manifest my thoughts into reality and better myself by doing yoga, being in nature, reading and listening to podcasts by educating myself to better myself.

I have started writing a book called daffodil representing rebirth and new beginnings and realised I could support women coaching them with confidence and helping them see that every day is a new day for change and transformation.

✨ Anything sparkly — give me all the sequins and glitter!

My Mission

I started my coaching journey and studies in 2022 and even from the beginning I already knew what my niche was, to be a self-confidence coach for women!


I want to help women unleash their true potential and build better and sustainable habits into their daily lives that will benefit there future selves.


I want to support others to enjoy every day and all the little and big moments that happen on a daily basis.
I want to create a ripple effect to women helping women and passing on the magic and beautiful energy in whatever way that looks like.


Supporting all those around us and elevating one another!
I want to spread all the light and sunshine I have in my being to as many others as I can!


Serving others is my soul purpose and bringing sparkles to all beings because life is too short to not have as much colour, sparkles and glitter in it!
